Rent and Service Charge administration

  • Review of existing protocol in accordance with current lease details
  • Implementation of rental invoicing process, including credit control
  • Implementation of Service Charge budgeting and  invoicing process
  • Liaison with financial advisors (accountants/bookkeepers) where necessary to ensure Service Charge balance/ refund requirements are passed on to tenants
  • Co – ordination with accountancy professionals to ensure that Management Company accounts are filed accurately and on  time

Service Charge – review and implementation

  • Review of existing position in accordance with Management Company requirements where necessary
  • Budgeting – service charge budget review and annual amendment – liaison with chosen accountant as required
  • Value for money appraisal of Service Charge expenditure

Cost Saving Review

  • Review of property expenditure identifying cost saving where possible

Asset Performance

  • Strategic review of possible increases in asset performance with chosen agent if required
