- Review of existing protocol in accordance with current lease details
- Implementation of rental invoicing process, including credit control
- Implementation of Service Charge budgeting and invoicing process
- Liaison with financial advisors (accountants/bookkeepers) where necessary to ensure Service Charge balance/ refund requirements are passed on to tenants
- Co – ordination with accountancy professionals to ensure that Management Company accounts are filed accurately and on time
Service Charge – review and implementation
- Review of existing position in accordance with Management Company requirements where necessary
- Budgeting – service charge budget review and annual amendment – liaison with chosen accountant as required
- Value for money appraisal of Service Charge expenditure
Cost Saving Review
- Review of property expenditure identifying cost saving where possible
Asset Performance
- Strategic review of possible increases in asset performance with chosen agent if required
